Good morning, day, evening, night 🙂
I’ve decided to change it up a bit and came across a fun topic to discuss today – Star Wars Backpacks for Kids
My inner child came to life, looking over the endless pages of back packs that were on offer and it took me back in time. I sit here reminiscing my time back in the day, whilst my hot steamy coffee sits in my R2D2 mug.
Besides backpacks, Star Wars and anything, you could say “Nerdy” has been a part of me from a really early age.
This page was created because it’s based on things that I love and I guess every now and then, random things like this will pop up.
However, I had to share what I found and whether you’re thinking of getting one for your child or yourself, they’re pretty impressive.
I was first introduced to Star Wars at a young age and remember my dad telling me how excited he was, that he first came across – Episode IV – A New Hope
He told me that, it was another great find and another follower was created.
He was happy to watch the first episode and the two that closely followed it, with his uncle or by himself, at the local cinemas.
I grew up and was really curious why there was such a big following, so I asked him “What’s the big deal with Star Wars?”
And my dad said “Give it a go, I bet you’ll like it”
Just like my dad, I hopped on the band wagon and binge watched all of the Star Wars series.
However, I watched the first three episodes and fell in love. The others slowly followed as they were released over time;
- Episode IV – New Hope
- Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back
- Episode VI – The Return of the Jedi
- Episode I – A Phantom Menace
- Episode II – Attack of the Clones
- Episode III – Revenge of the Sith
- Episode VII – The Force Awakens
- Rogue One – A Star Wars Story
- Episode VIII – The Last Jedi
- Solo – A Star Wars Story
I now no longer live with my family, but when I am on the phone catching up with my dad, we talk about normal stuff like waiting for Episode IX.
You know, the important stuff.
So, here’s a short list of a couple packs that I found, which are pretty cool.
Some of you may have already heard of this brand, but for those that haven’t, let’s get into it.
Loungefly is licensed to sell not only Star Wars prints but plenty other famous brands like Disney, Hello Kitty, My Little Pony, Paul Frank and so much more.
They have various sizes, prints, designs and logos.
Their designs are also crazy, unique but what I personally liked was that they were affordable.
You definitely get value for money and I think their products look expensive, which is a plus in my books.
With this choice, the packs are either made out of Nylon or Faux Leather.
Besides back packs they also offer Star Wars prints in the following accessories;
- Coin Bags
- Cosmetics Bags
- Fanny Packs
- Cold weather accessories like beanies
It’s a great all-rounder website that I recommend checking out and you may even find yourself purchasing not only a pack but a bundle of other accessories.
If I had to choose a couple packs from this company, it would be;
· Star Wars Tattoo Flash Print Backpack – Beige
When I tried looking for this pack in other colours, there was only one, which was the Beige one.
If you do manage to find this pack in another colour, please pop the link in the comment section for me.
It has a nylon print and a laptop pocket on the inside.I really liked this backpack because it has the first episode characters and that it’s in a unique old school tattoo style print.
· Star Wars Baby Character Print Mini Faux Leather Backpack
I rarely am seen with mini backpacks, but I honestly do love the look of them.
I could see myself wearing this on short trips, spending a day at Disneyland/World or Comic Con with this pack.
The exterior is made out of faux leather, has two zippers and two pockets.
There is no inner pocket, so you’ll just need to be careful about where you store your wallet and phone.
Overall, it’s a gorgeous pack, the outside looks sleek and the print is adorable.
Both of the backpacks that I mentioned above are great and are budget friendly.
Bioworld – Star Wars: The Last Jedi Luke Inspired Rebel Rucksack Backpack
Bioworld is a sophisticated and gorgeous website but I found it a little tricky trying to get into their web page.
They had a choice to choose from a US, Canada and International page.
I’m from Australia, so I tried going through the international page and I couldn’t access it.
Maybe it’s a “me thing” and probably a good sign I couldn’t access it or else I would have purchased something on there.
If you can’t access their main website, that’s ok, they have a Facebook page. I had a browse through there because I wanted to see what other merchandise they had for sale.
It’s pretty and creative.
Now, I actually came across this backpack via Amazon and it is listed exactly as follow –
· Bioworld Star Wars: The Last Jedi Luke Inspired Rebel Rucksack Backpack
- It is listed as an officially licensed product
- Made out of Canvas material
- Tons of pockets
- The earthy colours give it a toned-down appearance
What I really liked about this backpack, is that it has all the things I like.
It is a large, made out of canvas, tons of necessary pockets and has earthy colours like the brown and burnt orange.
It is a beautiful complimentary pack that you can use on a daily basis.
The price of this pack, as of today, is $85.00 AUD.
This is another budget friendly pack that also looks expensive.
I really want one, but do I really need one?
